Get Signed Up
We make the sign-up process as simple as it comes! You'll have the option of clicking "List my home", enter your property address, and completing the process on our website. Or simply call 833-937-2833 and your personal EST8 agent will walk you through our process and handle everything for you!

Listing Process
This is where we get to work! Once signed-up you'll work with your personal EST8 agent to complete necessary listing documents, schedule photography, check your homes facts, and you and your EST8 agent will set the list price all within your EST8Homes.com seller account.

Listing Goes Live
In most cases, we'll have your listing live on the MLS (Multiple Listing System) within 48 hours of Sign Up. Your MLS listing will be syndicated from the MLS to 100+ Major Real Estate websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and many more!

Managed Showings
Showing requests are made through CSS (Centralized Showing System). You'll have the ability to approve, deny, and reschedule every showing around your availability. Your personal EST8 agent will gather feedback from the Buyers, and their agent following every showing appointment.

Review Offers
All offers once submitted to EST8 will immediately be sent to your email with an outline of the offer. Your EST8 agent will identify all the key details to the offer, while also identifying any red flags and providing a suggestion for a counteroffer.

Attend Your Closing
Woohoo, your home is SOLD! EST8 will manage all your paperwork and communicate with the Buyers Agent, Title Company, and buyers Lender to ensure your closing is seamless and stress-free. We're with you every step of the way!

Who is EST8 for?

EST8 is for the everyday homeowner, investor, for sale by owner or house flipper who is looking to sell their property without paying high real estate commissions charged by traditional brokerages. EST8 provides sellers with an expert level of dedicated service while saving you thousands of dollars.

Are you a “Limited Service Listing”?

Actually the opposite, we are Full Service! We handle every detail of your transaction from end to end exactly the same as a traditional brokerage just without the 3% commission.

How does EST8 differ from a traditional agent?

The biggest difference between EST8 and other brokerages like Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker or Remax is EST8 does NOT charge a 3% commission at closing like other brokerages. Through our full-service, flat fee real estate model we provide our clients an average savings of over $9,300.

I’ve paid your flat fee - Do I owe anything else?

$1,299 is the ONLY fee you will pay our brokerage throughout your entire transaction! You are able to offer a buyers agent commission; however, this does not go to us but to the agent who brings the buyer who purchases your home. We allow you to offer whichever percentage you're comfortable giving to the agent who brings a buyer.
