I’ve paid your flat fee - Do I owe anything else?
$1,299 is the ONLY fee you will pay our brokerage throughout your entire transaction! You are able to offer a buyers agent commission; however, this does not go to us but to the agent who brings the buyer who purchases your home. We allow you to offer whichever percentage you're comfortable giving to the agent who brings a buyer.
